“First off, the tea tasted good! I’ve had nasty ones and this one wasn’t bad. Especially when you add a squeeze of lemon and like a small drop of honey. Delicious!!!
It was also calm on the stomach. It definitely had me pooping a lot on like day 3/4. But it didn’t have my stomach hurting. So I felt it but not in a bad way. I started at 236.
I only worked out twice, and my eating wasn’t great throughout the week. But by day 3, I was down 6 pounds. And by day 7 I was down 9 pound. And I have been snacking
a lot lately and not working out and I’m still down to 225. Just checked this morning. I feel less bloated and I feel like overall what I do eat I digest better/faster.
So 10/10 would recommend!!!! If I was working out and eating better I’d probably be down double that!”
